At BYC, a brand owned and operated by ANS Legal & Business Services LLP, we provide personalised astrology-based consultation, birth-chart analysis, and customised semi-precious stone recommendations.

All services offered under BYC are customised, prepared individually, and created only after receiving your birth details and payment. Hence, the following Refund & Cancellation terms apply:

Fees (Non-Refundable Services)

All payments made to BYC are non-refundable once:

• Birth details are submitted, and
• Payment has been successfully completed, and
• Work on the analysis or bracelet recommendation has begun

This includes the entire bundle:

• Birth-chart analysis
• Interpretation
• Consultation
• Customised bracelet guidance
• Any specific stone recommendations

These components cannot be split, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded individually or collectively.

Since a trained analyst from BYC begins working immediately upon payment, no cancellations or refunds are permitted for any reason.

Incorrect or Incomplete Information Provided by Client

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate:

• Date of birth
• Time of birth
• Place of birth
• Personal information

If incorrect or incomplete details are provided, leading to inaccurate analysis or recommendations:

No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued, as work is already initiated based on the data you provided.

Payment Failure / Double Payment

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted:

• It is normally auto-refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 5–7 working days.

In case of double or duplicate payment:

• The extra amount will be refunded to the same source account within 7–14 working days after verification.

Refunds cannot be issued to alternate accounts or UPI IDs as per RBI norms.

Cancellation Policy

• Purchases cannot be cancelled once payment is made.
• Custom work, personalised analysis, and stone recommendations are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
• BYC does not provide any partial or full refunds for cancelled requests.

Delivery Timeline

Services, including reports and guidance are normally delivered within the committed time.
Delays may occur due to:

• High workload
• Astrology research complexity
• Unavoidable external circumstances

Refunds or compensation do not apply in such scenarios.
